Ben has 25 years of experience providing environmental consulting services for private and public sector clients.  Ben previously worked for Jordan, Jones & Goulding Inc., Jacobs Engineering Inc., and Barge Wagoner Sumner, & Cannon Inc. where he was responsible for managing the natural and cultural resource regulatory requirements for project development.   Ben serves many clients as their liaison between the local, state, and federal regulatory agencies. His experience includes but is not limited to performing wetland and stream determinations, performing endangered species habitat assessments, forest management practices, property conservation consultation, preparing ecology reports in support of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation, preparing Section 404/401 permit application packages, GAEPD stream buffer variance application packages, ADEM water quality and construction general permit application packages, wetland and stream mitigation site feasibility assessments, site mitigation monitoring requirements, erosion sedimentation pollution control plan (ESPCP) compliance reviews, implementing compliance  inspections and monitoring for construction stormwater discharges per the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit regulations.
